摘要: 选择芘作为光谱探针, 用荧光光谱和吸收光谱法研究了一些水溶性脂肪醇与β-环糊精(β-CD)间的相互作用。结果表明, 一元醇使得β-CD空腔极性减小, 芘-β-CD包络物的形成常数增大; 而多元醇具有相反的效应, 指出醇与β-CD端羟基间的氢键作用是导致这些效应的本质原因。

Abstract: Pyrene was used as a spectral probe in studying the interaction of some watersoluble aliphatic alcohols with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) by fluorescence and absorption spectroseopies. Results showed that monobasic alcohol can decrease the micropolarity of β-CD cavity, but the formation constant of pyrene-β-CD inclusion complex is being larger, and polybasie alcohol had the opposite effects. The hydrogen-bonding interaction between alcohols and β-CD was proposed to explain the results.
