摘要: 稳态荧光技术已被证明是研究表面活性剂缔合体系的重要手段, 它对水介质体系中发生的相变具有十分灵敏的检测能力. 结合本课题组的工作, 系统地总结了利用荧光光谱技术研究表面活性剂与大分子相互作用的方法和原理.

Abstract: Static fluorescence technique has been proved to be an important method for studying surfactant systems. It is very sensitive to the phase transition in aqueous solution. The methods and principles of the fluorescence technique in studying the interaction between surfactants and macromolecules are systematically summarized combining with our work.
