摘要: 甲烷在以活性氧化铝为载体的Fe、Co、Ni、Ru等催化剂上于850 ℃分解并生成直径为0.8~5 nm的单壁碳纳米管.预先将催化剂在1100 ℃焙烧,能够减少产物中无定形碳的生成.拉曼光谱结果表明,由该法制备的碳纳米管的管径分布主要受温度的影响,较低温度有利于较小直径的单壁碳纳米管的生成和较好的管径选择性.

Abstract: Singlewalled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were synthesized by the decomposition of methane on Al2O3 supported Fe,Co,Ni,Ru catalysts at 850 ℃. The diameters of the single walled carbon nanotubes were in the range of 0.8~5 nm. The amorphous carbon impurity could be reduced by pretreatment of catalysts at 1100 ℃. Raman spectra showed that the diameter distributions of the SWNTs were mainly influenced by the reaction temperature. At lower temperature small diameter nanotubes were favored and better selectivity of diameter could be achieved.
