The Determination of Thermodynamic Characteristics of Several Rare Earth Hydrogen-Storage Alloys by Electrochemical Method

Abstract: The p—C—T curves of three kinds of hydrogen-storage alloys were examined by solid-gas phase hydrogen absorbing-desorbing and electrochemical method, the thermodynamic characteristics of each alloy were calculated by Van't Hoff equation. There is small difference between the results of the two methods at low temperatures but at high temperatures the difference is relatively large.
