Energy Transfer Processes in Reaction Between Metastable Atoms Ar,He and Ne with CCl4 and CBr4

Abstract: In this paper we used the flowing-afterglow technique to study the energy transfer processes in the reaction of metastable atoms Ar, Ne, and He with CCl_4 and CBr_4, The emission spectra of excited fragments CCl (A—X), Cl_2~* and Br_2~* were obtained. The reaction mechanism were discussed.
