Metal Halide Perovskite Optoelectronic Material and Device Deadline for Submission: 31 August 2020 Guest Editor: ![]() Yixin Zhao, Professor School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, 200240, China Research Interests: Perovskite solar cell and environment catalysis ![]() Hongwei Han, Professor Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, 430074, China Research Interests: Printable mesoscopic photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices Special Issue Information Metal halide perovskite materials and their optoelectronic applications now have been one of the important interdisciplinary research topics attracting various scientist major in chemistry, physics, material and information technology and had a research field of perovskite. The metal halide perovskite with a typical ABX3 perovskite structure was not that novel for field of layer material. Interestingly, the electronic and optical properties of halide perovskites can be simply tuned by adjusting the composition of A, B and X, where A is usually alkyl amine, B is Pb2+ or Sn2+, X is halide. The demonstrated high efficiency and low-cost solution synthesis have made this technology very promising for large scale application. Many progresses have been achieved in high efficiency perovskite solar cells, photoluminscience, light emitting diode and photodectors. The challenges of stability issue and heavy metal toxicities are being progressively solved with various research efforts. In this special issue, we seek to provide a wide set of articles on various aspects of metal halide perovskite. Submission Manuscripts should be submitted online at http://www.whxb.pku.edu.cn/journalx_wlhx_en/authorLogOn.action. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. Papers will be published continuously (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles, communications and perspectives are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office (whxb@pku.edu.cn) for announcement on this website. Manuscripts written in English or Chinese can be accepted. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts are refereed through a peer-review process. We do not charge any fees from authors. |
