Abstract:
It has been Verified by XPS, IR, NMR and solvent washing that TiCl_4·2Et_2O complex is able to react with 3TiCl_3·AlCl_3 catalyst in solid phase as show in table (1—1), table (3—2) and Fig (2—1) — (2—4). The solid-solid reaction is as follows TiCl_4·2Et_2O+2AlCl_3—→2AlCl_3·Et_2O+TiCl_4 After treatment with TiCl_4·2Et_2O complex the surface structure of the catalyst could be described approximately by a three layer model.
