Abstract: The redox reaction of polythiophene displays electrochromic property, which was measured in situ by the electrochemically modulated reflectance spectroscopy. The electrochromic parameter of polythiophene are as follows, transformation time 10—20 ms life time 10 circles time of color maintenance several minutes polythiophene can be used as an ideal eleetrochromic indicator.
