Fitting Analysis of Complex Impedance of n-InP in Fe3+/Fe2+ Solution by Computer

Abstract: In this paper the complex plane figure of n-InP in Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+) solution is analyzed by computer according to a equivalent circuit. The influences of electrode potential and light intensities are investigated and the result is discussed.
