Abstract: We have prepared polyamine capsules with ethylenediamine and diethylenetri-amine or their mixtures as aqueous phase monomer, and sebacoyl chloride as oil phase monomer. By using cell-tensiometer, their critical tensile pressures were measured, which could contrast the tensile strength of all kinds of capsules quantitatively. We have also compare the porous properties of the capsules qualitatively by the permeable efficiencies of KCI through the capsule wall. The results showed that the tensile strength and porous properties could be related to the proportion of ethylenediamine to diethylenetriamine monomeres.
