Comparision Between Experiment and Formula Related the Retention time to Injection Concentration

Abstract

Abstract: The experimental retention time obtained for a series of the different injection concentration are compared to formula related the retention time to injection con-centration, which is derived from the nonlinear chromatography equation. The results show that the theoretical formula is a appropriate approximation to the practical nonliear chromatography.
