摘要: 本文研究了在不同溶剂中龙脑烯醛对DCA荧光的猝灭作用, 通过稳态和瞬态荧光猝灭特性的比较, 溶剂极性对猝灭速度的影响, 自由能变化的估算及其与乙腈中双分子猝灭速率常数相关比较, 证明这是一个电子转移的动态猝灭过程。
Abstract: According to the fluorescence quenching behaviors and the estimated value of free energy change, as well as the coincidence of the experimental value of ΔG and k_q with the Rehm-Weller's theoretical results, it is inferred that the fluorescence quenching of DCA by campholenic aldehyde is of electron transfer dynamic quenching characteristic.
