摘要: 利用γ辐照技术在SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)/正己醇/环己烷/水相四组份反相微乳中制备出纳米银颗粒,并且在银纳米颗粒形成过程的不同阶段,观察到不同的光致发光现象.发现荧光主要来源于原子簇而非纳米颗粒,而且纳米颗粒表面的状态对发射光谱有直接影响,表明电子状态或(和)空穴状态受到纳米颗粒表面状态的扰动.由于具有极窄的分布,银纳米颗粒可以自组装成超晶格结构.

Abstract: Silver nanoparticles were synthesized by the method of γ-irradiation in the water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsion composed of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate), n-hexanol, cyclohexane and aqueous solution. Light emission in different formation stages was observed, and we found that in our case it was mainly the clusters but not nanoparticles that caused the photoluminescence, with the proof from the absorption spectra and transmission electron microscope (TEM). And it was also suggested that electron and/or hole states can be perturbed by surface states, as indicated by the dependence of the emission spectrum on the nature of the surface. Silver nanoparticles can self-assemble to form the superlattics due to the very narrow size distribution.
