Abstract: Polyaniline-barium titanate (PAn/BaTiO3) nanocomposite particles have been prepared by in situ composite technique in the presence of barium titanate nanoparticles which are synthesized by sol-gel processing. The conformation, structure and thermal properties of PAn/BaTiO3 nanocomposites particles are characterized by TEM,XRD,FT-IR ,XPS and TG.The results show that the BaTiO3 nanoparticles with diameter of about 40 nm are dispersed in polyaniline, while the diameter of the composite particles is about 1 μm.There are chemical bonds between PAn and BaTiO3 in PAn/BaTiO3 nanocomposites , at the same time, the complex can reduce the agglomeration of BaTiO3 particles to some extent.
